I was happy with best possible location in about half mile away from the city center, extensive breakfast and outstanding staff. Silent, non-smoking rooms. Had an excellent view. Clean hotel, excellent service.

The staff was pleasant, the accommodation was pretty standard and clean. The rooms were silent with all the necessities. The buffet breakfast had lots of choices. Late check-out was useful. The location was decent, for example, a famous art museum was at a short distance from the hotel.

It was an affordable hotel, I would like to stay here on the next trip. I liked location and staff and comfy bed. It was nice having climate control, an electronic key card and a work desk. Easy check-out too. Set near a tube station in the ski area. Rooms were spotless and big.

The whole experience was very pleasant. An absolutely charming hotel in an unbeatable location, everything was perfectly fine. Near a tube station, within walking distance of the shops and the markets. Moreover, former hokkaido government office building was 5 minutes' walk away. I got the large queen room, it was huge and fairly clean. Spotless property and efficient service.
